Refund policy
We sincerely hope that returns don’t become necessary and that you receive your chosen products on time and in perfect order. On the rare occasions this becomes necessary, please refer to the brief notes below and we will be pleased to help.
In the first instance please email us at contact@missionc.com or message us through our contact form to let us know that you have a problem.
For faulty items please await approval from our customer service team BEFORE returning your item to us, as all such cases are assessed individually.
We guarantee to accept unopened & unused items for return, in which we have dispatched the items incorrectly.
In all agreed return cases, we will be happy to refund up to the standard shipping charges charged in your order, if any.
You are responsible for the costs of safe return and postage or dispatch back to our returns address.
